في إطار مشروع تطوير أدوات وهياكل بناء السلام بتمويل من سيفرورلد وعبر منظمة الشباب للتنمية والديمقراطية نفذت مبادرة بذور السلام للتنمية صباح اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 27/10/2020م، وبحضور الأستاذ/ عبد الله عبد الحميد القاضي مدير التوجيه بمديرية القاهرة برنامج تفعيل الوسائل التعليمية المتخصصة في مجال السلام في مدرسة أروى الأساسية الثانوية – مديرية القاهرة بمحافظة تعز للعام الدراسي ٢٠٢٠/٢٠٢١م.
حيث تم تنفيذ نشاط البرنامج من قبل مشرفة البرنامج الاستاذة ابتسام دائل بحضور الاستاذ / عبد الله القاضي بعنوان ((دور المدرسة في نشر ثقافة السلام)). وشاركت الطالبات بالشرح وتمثيل ادوار بين الطالبات باختلاف الرأي والرأي الاخر، كما تم تكليف الطالبات بعمل جماعي ما الدور الذي يكون في المدرسة ليعم السلام.
الجدير بالذكر أن الوسائل التعليمية المتخصصة في مجال السلام أنتجتها منظمة الشباب للتنمية والديمقراطية ضمن نشاط سابق، وتم توزيعها لعدد 20 مدرسة ثانوية في إطار المديريات الثلاث (صالة -المظفر -القاهرة) في سياق مشروع تطوير أدوات وهياكل بناء السلام والممول من سيفرورلد.
