Today, on Sunday, 6/9/2020, in Taiz, the decision-makers workshop of using local organizations’ guide in peacebuilding was concluded. The workshop was carried out by Youth Organization for Development and Democracy, within the framework of peacebuilding tools development and social cohesion Project, funded by SAFERWORLD.
The workshop was lasted for two days, with 20 participation of local organizations leaders in Taiz.
Besides, the workshop was facilitated by the consultant of international arbitration in conflict resolution at the International Justice Organization / Jalaluddin Al-Khawlani. He reviewed with participants the international experiences in coexistence and the achievement of peacebuilding methods at local, national, and international levels. He explained the mechanisms of unifying development and humanitarian efforts to mobilize energies towards peacebuilding projects and achieving social coexistence, institutional planning based on gender, human rights, and peacebuilding projects.
