Project Outputs: –
- Implementation of 30 cleaning campaigns in 30 neighborhoods, which were implemented instead of 20 campaigns in the original proposal in an increase of ten campaigns and ten unplanned neighborhoods. An improvement in the situation benefited 1,500 IDPs and 15,000 host community beneficiaries. This benefit was represented in improving the level of hygiene in those areas, as the targeted areas were suffering from the accumulation of large quantities of waste that brought mosquitoes and flies, which doubles the risk of spreading diseases in those areas.
- 70 displaced young men and women were able to get job opportunities instead of 50 in the original proposal.
- 70 young men and women from the host community work side by side on joint initiatives that promote social inclusion. They were able to participate in implementing hygiene campaigns and improving the environmental situation in their areas hosting the displaced.
- The project managed to lift 612 Tons of residues, garbage, and medical waste in the targeted areas. Where they were collected and transported to the central garbage dump of the governorate and destroyed and burned as it was in a very large amount that threatens public health in the areas targeted by the project.
Its such as you read my mind! You appear to know so much approximately this, like you wrote
the book in it or something. I feel that you just could do with a few p.c.
to power the message home a bit, but instead of that, that is wonderful blog.
A fantastic read. I’ll definitely be back.
