Within the framework of the project “Promoting Peace Opportunities through Media Institutions” funded by the GIZ, Youth Organization for Development and Democracy resume a series of training workshops for 30 distinguished students from the Media Department – Taiz University, in the field of scenario writing, which lasts for four consecutive days, followed by training in the fields of directing – photography – editing. The workshops aim to build the capacities of Media Department students at Taiz University. Students will produce media materials using the media lab that was equipped in a previous period of project implementation.
The training period lasts for a total of 22 days.
Promoting Peace Opportunities through Media Institutions Project aims to promote peace building through media products and design a long-term cooperative mechanism in media training to promote peacebuilding in Taiz Governorate through capacity building for students of Taiz University – Media Department and many accompanying activities.
